By accessing and using Restagely services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  • • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Service Description

Restagely provides an AI-powered visual platform for real estate professionals, including:

  • • Virtual staging of empty rooms
  • • Day to dusk photo conversions
  • • Object removal and decluttering
  • • Sky replacement
  • • Photo enhancement
  • • AI room restyle
  • • Wall color, floor, countertop, and backsplash changes
  • • AI exterior design
  • • Floor plan to 3D rendering

User Responsibilities

  • • You own or have rights to all images you upload
  • • You will not upload inappropriate or illegal content
  • • You will not represent AI-generated images as unedited photos without disclosure
  • • You are responsible for complying with applicable laws
  • • You will not attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology

Credit System & Billing

  • • Restagely operates on a credit-based system where each AI operation consumes credits
  • • Credits are included with subscription plans and may be purchased as add-ons
  • • All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
  • • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • • All fees paid are non-refundable. Due to the high costs of GPU and AI server processing, we are unable to offer refunds once payment is processed
  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges but no refund or credit is issued for amounts already billed
  • • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Intellectual Property

Enhanced images and service outputs:

  • • You retain ownership of your original images and AI-generated outputs
  • • Restagely receives a non-exclusive license to process your images solely for service delivery
  • • Our AI technology and algorithms remain our property
  • • You may not redistribute or resell our software

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law:

  • • Services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • • Maximum liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the total amount paid in the preceding 12 months
  • • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
